Any information we collect will be disclosed when legally required to do so.
If our website is ever acquired, we will share all stored personal information with the new owner.

Anything Crypto uses a number of cookies (small pieces of text stored on your computer). We use two types of cookie; first party (cookies that we create ourselves) and third party (cookies are those placed by websites, services, and/or parties other than us).
You can choose to disable cookies in your internet browser if you wish (many internet browsers enable cookies by default, but allow you to disable either all cookies or only third party cookies; for further details, please consult the help menu in your internet browser or the documentation that came with your device). Disabling first party cookies will prevent you using our login system. Disabling third party cookies may cause parts of our website to behave strangely (although most pages should still be usable). You can choose to delete cookies at any time, however you may lose any information that enables you to access our website more quickly and efficiently including, but not limited to, login and personalisation settings.
It is recommended that you keep your internet browser and operating system up-to-date and that you consult the help and guidance provided by the developer of your internet browser and manufacturer of your computer or device if you are unsure about adjusting your privacy settings.

For All Users
Here at Anything Crypto we respect the rights of all our users worldwide, and we expect them to also demonstrate that respect to other users and to assist us in creating a beneficial and positive atmosphere for all Anything Crypto users.
Copyright can be a confusing territory for many people. Simply put: just about anything on the web is likely copyrighted by someone - including content submitted to Anything Crypto by users. This is important to consider, as the copyright for something you post may be owned by someone else.
In the points below, we will attempt to eliminate some of the confusion and counter many of the myths surrounding copyright and to present clearly the Anything Crypto policy and practices with regard to copyright. The availability of this document should not be construed as rendering legal or other professional advice, and this document is not a substitute for the advice of a solicitor. If you require legal advice, you should seek the services of a qualified solicitor.
Copyright infringement occurs when you attempt to use someone else's work without their explicit permission.
To avoid infringing on the rights of another creative person, use your own skill and imagination to post original ideas and content. Ensure that all aspects of your work are your original creations. If you've used materials which are owned by other people or companies, make sure that you have obtained their permission or licensing for the use of it (and retained this proof in-case your content is queried for copyright).
If you submit copyrighted work to Anything Crypto, when the proper proof is submitted, your content will be removed immediately. You won't receive an opportunity to remove the copyrighted work. If you believe that your content has been removed falsely, then please contact us at [email protected]
If you are found to repeatedly post content that infringes copyright, your account will be deleted. The copyright owner may also decide to sue you directly if you infringe his/her copyright.
Even after taking down your work, you are still liable to damages caused to the copyright owner. Although after deletion, content is removed permanently from our servers; so no assistance can be given to copyright owners on our part after content deletion.
For Copyright Owners
For a copyright claim to be considered, you must follow the guidelines set out in our Terms & Conditions (5. Reporting Copyright Violations).
All products and services sold by Anything Crypto are sold "as is". The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued. If after purchasing a service with us you abuse our staff or services to the extent that we have to delete your account or ban you from a service, no refund will be given even if a paid service is active. Account deletions or bans are made at our sole discretion.
Any attempt at charging back or reversing a payment under the pretense of you being unaware of this policy will be considered fraud, and in violation of both our policies and our terms & conditions; any attempt to do so will result in an immediate ban of your account, deletion of all stored non-essential user data, and us contacting the relevant authorities with all information we have available about you. If however a valid reversal occurs, please contact us at [email protected] prior to requesting it and we'll be happy to deal with it accordingly, and if valid allow continued use of your account. This decision is made at our sole discretion.
Never invest money you can't afford to lose.
